Standing tall at 7 floors with over 80 apartments, this project by Construction Citadelle emphasizes diversity and social inclusion. This building by Groupe O’Drey includes around forty apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The project
The project aims to create a living environment that promotes social diversity. It will include families, elderly people, people with disabilities, single individuals, etc. During the design and construction, everything was planned with the aim of allowing everyone to live normally. This innovative project delivered in the fall of 2022 includes a multifunctional common room as well as a rooftop terrace for urban agriculture.
